We have produced obstacles and as a result we must create roads that go around them; so it is often with our not so straight thinking. Anything subjective tends to bend the straight and narrow. A HOUSE OF PEACE

 

[Luke 10:5-9] Whatever house you enter, first say, ‘Peace be to this house.’ If a man of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; but if not, it will return to you. Stay in that house, eating and drinking what they give you; for the laborer is worthy of his wages. Do not keep moving from house to house. Whatever city you enter and they receive you, eat what is set before you; and heal those in it who are sick, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’

A revival center becomes a place where a man of peace is found and God's messengers are welcome to stay. Jesus told us to: "not keep moving from house to house' but stay in one place." The results are astounding. Besides preaching the gospel of peace (Eph. 6:15) and teaching God's Word we are also commissioned to heal the sick. That blessed house, and now also a revival center, begins to attract more and more visitors.

In time such a revival center can become a church, but it should remain a revival center without any formal structure. A church is a church, but a revival center keeps on reviving and keeps bringing in the new and the fresh. A revival center can go 24-hours a day with an unabated worship. Revival cannot be quenched; its flame must be kept alive.

A HOUSE OF HEALING

 

A Revival Center does not only revive or excites the natural senses, but above all it channels the supernatural. "Heal those in it who are sick, and say to them, ‘The kingdom of God has come near to you.’"
